Please be aware that there is yet another non-paying signing company called A2Z Consulting run by Tisha Greco.
I completed a closing on 2/27/2017 and as of today, 7/24/2017 I have not been paid.
At first she would tell me she had not been paid by the title company. After several months, I contacted the title company. Once that happened she told me that she mailed my payment. After several weeks, I called back. She told me that it was returned due to incorrect address and that she would send it back out.
Needless to say, that has not happened. Don’t accept jobs for A2Z Consulting or Tisha Greco or risk non-payment.
