I have my first signing with them coming up soon. Any advice for how they like things done? I’ve seen comments elsewhere that they’re very picky. This is a Washington State signing.

Follow the instructions and you will be fine. ORT likes to have docs dropped at a local office, so double check your order to see if that is expected.
They.re no pickier than most established companies out there. They ALL have long standing relationships with most of their lenders and as, YOU represent them, how the signing is completed, and returning the docs both error-free and in a timely manner, will ultimately result in you getting more frequent signings. Don’t forget, they are as anxious as you are in that this is your FIRST signing with them and have no track record. Good Luck
