I am a new loan signing agent based in Tustin, Orange County, California. I would like to know are there plenty of work for the loan signers. Is anyone doing great? I am asking because loan-signing is location-based. So getting any work would be in my town as there may be plenty of notaries in the nearby cities.
If location is an issue, how can one break the barrier?
