Recently I was instructed by a fellow signing agent to be sure and respond to ALL orders sent to me on my cell. Respond meaning decline, accept, tracking the accepted order, etc. She told me the more I interacted via the app the more my orders would increase.
Any experience with this? Care to share your experience?
When you do that, you get bombed with stuff 100 miles away for very low fees. Many are contacted but only ONE will get the job.
not true! stick to something that will make you money. Period!!

I have also heard this. Sometimes it’s built into the algorithm. I have noticed that the more I interact the more signings I get offered.

No its not true, however if you do not want these signings, go to the web site who is sending them. Snapdocs, NotaryDash ect and log in. You may not know this but your on those lists because the NNA gives these lists to companies like these.
So go to sign in and say forgot password.
then log in and change the settings to no text msg… or deactivate yourself.
its pretty easy.
But once your on those lists you get contacted.
