I’ve read in California, a specially trained notary can issue a confidential marriage license. Is there a California notary here that can tell me more about this? Is there money to be made or is this a waste of time and money?
I’ve been told by an employee of a county recorders office that a confidential marriage license no longer needs to be notarized in Califirnia. Check with your county recorders office. Let me know.
