Can anyone recommend a Mobile printer

Hello! Well, going to break down and buy a mobile printer. Can any of you recommend a one? Thanks in advance.

I would be interested too. Not the ones that use the paper roll that turns to paper chips in a week but that uses real 20# bond paper. Hopefully, someone found one that works on DC current as well as 110.

Please, someone out there must know about a reliable one somewhere . . . Bobbi

I have an Inverter in my car that boosts 12 volt DC current to 110 volt AC current. I keep a Samsung M288X laser printer/scanner/copier in my car. They work well together. Brother printers, that I have tried, will not work with an inverter. You can find inverters at Harbor Freight and many other locations or on the web. Know your printer requirements and purchase an inverter that is large/powerful enough to run the printer.

Thank you so much! After reading this my husband is helping me set up a mobile office in my trunk.

I just saw your post and was wondering how your mobile office is working out.

Is the printer that you listed a typo? I cant find that model

Hello, I ditched the printer but do have the mobile scanner.

I use a Samsung Xpress M2880FW powered by an inverter in my car.

In my office I use 2 Brother printers: HL-L6200DW and HL-5470DW. The 6200 is a new version of the 5470.
