This is the first time I have ever had to do this but I contacted the title company over non payment from signing company. And guess what less then 5 hours later they called, emailed, and texted to inform payment is released. So glad resolved

For future reference, do you mind sharing the name of the company that didn’t pay you.
It was the best notary, waited over 60 days for one payment and over 30 for other two,
