Is anyone working directly with Stewart or title 360?
This is ancillary to what you’re asking, but I’ll share that Stewart Title Lending Services sends a good amount of their HELOC work through Snapdocs, of which I’ve done a number. They don’t pay much for these, typically $45, so I only tend to accept one if I’m having a slow week.
I worked with Title 360, had no problem was paid in two weeks it can to me by way of Xome Signing.

I did a refi for them thru Xome and was paid in 2 weeks.

They have always paid me for all my signings with never a need to send a reminder request for payment.

I have. Pay is fairly low, but doc sets have all (4 of them so far and one tomorrow) have all been under 120 pages.

What was the pay for the Refi?
anyone know of good reliable companies that pay well and on time
try moving on we starting to do RON, never have to leave home do it on line, most of my clients are Banks and mortgage co, since the pandemic this is better and safer, ck with your state because some states are not approved.
i’m in florida, everything have draw backs the pay is fine, personally where has this been, for me this is better.
