Do I give a blank copy of the warranty deed to the buyer?

Typically, you print 2 exact copies of the documents you’ve been hired to get signed…and signing party gets the 2nd copy…so if it’s in the package (& I assume it is) YES, the Buyer gets a copy. Also, if you were a Buyer, wouldn’t you want to see the Warranty Deed (& see that your name, etc. is correct) before you part with your money?

Remember that the second copy is your “do-over” as well as the borrower’s copy.

You will stop resenting that print right about the same time you realize that no matter how carefully you explain, point, illustrate…, accidents will happen, errors get repeated, and pulling out that spare is better than submitting an illegible mess.
