I did a handful of e-signings here in California about 5 years ago. You got paid more but at the same time it was at least another hour at the signing table. The ones that I did, not only did we have to sign everything with “wet signatures” but had to do most documents electronically too. Unfortunately some of the borrowers I met with were not technically savvy and the program used was hard to navigate. I have not had any calls for these signings for years and was wondering if anyone else at least in California are still doing these?
NYCB uses GEMSTONE for part of e-signings. I did a couple this month ( Jan 14)
