I have a simple question for all of you. Why does it takes so long to get paid? I want to prepare myself for this so I don’t get too wound up. At my regular job I’m paid every two weeks.
Basically, unless you are listed on the Settlement Stmnt (rare), TCs will pay SS on a weekly/monthly basis for everything they handled…so SS doesn’t get the money right away and, as most are underfunded, they have a ‘policy’ of ‘we pay you after we get paid’.
