I also got on their approved list in Jan. 2018 and received one offer in 16 months which I couldn’t take.
They must use a tight knit loyal notary pool. I’ve been signed up for almost 2 years and have yet to receive a signing. Don’t know why they would jump on a new unproven notary if they’ve gotten a proven pool. RE loans have been somewhat stagnant the last 2 years, I think the the second half of 2019 will be great!
I signed up, took the test did the online interview and never heard from them again. The interview is easy. You have plenty of time to prepare your answers before you make them official. Good Luck getting assignments. From reading the post Bankserv is all about the hurry up and wait.

If it’s been over a year since you signed up with them make sure you update your credentials for your vendor profile, maybe that’s why you don’t hear from them. I work with them often. The only downside is they’re difficult to contact with questions. Don’t give up, Sign on

I don’t work with them a lot, but I love BancServ! They generally pay more than the other companies and you get paid sooner then 30 days after it closes. I once got paid within 2 weeks.

The reason for the “Interview” is to see WHAT you LOOK like and HOW you PRESENT yourself. If they don’t like, they won’t send you any business. I guess I am just too old and don’t fit into their “mold”. I don’t wear a lot of makeup, don’t pay exhorbitant amounts for fake nails, fake eyelashes, fake eyebrows or anything else FAKE. BUT, if you are young, vibrant, have your nails done and wear lots of makeup, you should receive assignments.
Dang, so that’s where I’ve been going wrong with them this whole time. I didn’t get my nails done, smh.

Lol, no offense taken, I was just joking, For the record, I felt like I was dressed appropriate for the video interview, but still have yet to receive any assignments.
I do a lot of work with Bancserv. I’m not sure how I even started working with them, but they are a great company to work with. Their rates are not the highest, but they pay your FAITHFULLY every two weeks. So refreshing not to have to beg for YOUR money. I am not sure why so many of you have not heard from them since signing on. Can only think it is because of over saturation of notaries in the market you service. I recommend you contact them and ask how you can improve your chances of receiving an assignment. Good luck!

Wow, just wow! You must not be confident and it showed? Yes, I wear makeup, minimal at best. No fake eyelashes or other things you list. To those reading, please don’t be discouraged by spdev25’s post. Good grief

I just updated my E&O and Background screening info so we will see. It’s been so long I had to find my notes to find my pin for the app. I will give it another go. Thanks for the encouragement. All I need is 3-4 signings a week to hit MY goal. It’s been a challenge
July will make one year that I’ve been signed up with Bancserv. I have not gotten any signings with this company.

Test is easy! They just test your knowledge on NSA stuff:). I got in very quickly and have completed a few signings for them with decent fees:) They still call me for help even though they complained about my higher fees:) 
I just couldn’t take as many signings from them due to my crazy busy schedule. But they call me a few times a week. .

If you were talking to me about being confident, I am pretty new to mobile notary but just like with everything else I took the test and passed it. I am just waiting on the email to send in my credentials. And they do the interview over the computer or the phone?
Took the test and passed sent me an email saying it would be 48 hours and they would send me a log-on and password. I waited and wait and what I got was a try back in 6 month, I will never work for them PERIOD.

You’re not missing much! . I don’t think they will call me again. Last week they called and asked me to do a single doc signing for $75 not far maybe about 10 minutes drive. I asked for $100. And they said they will let me know if they get it approved. I also said, I truly appreciate the offer but I will not leave my house for less than $100. Honestly, they know that I do an excellent job but the only time they call or email is when they can’t find anyone else to do low or the low fee takers are all booked, so they need me and will have to pay a higher fee! But most of the time when they call, I’m booked so I can’t help them.

I am almost 55…what does taking pride in your appearance have anything to do with being hired. FYI I still have my interview. I had ZERO makeup my hair pulled back and casual clothes on. This is not how I dress when working. I am on their preferred list (I was told I was being added) after about 4 months due to their error (wrong city county i.e it was 4 hrs RT and docs needed to be back to close the following day in another state. I was in an area with poor cell service couldn’t call only text etc. I took care of signing then called. My day was horrific and I was unhappy. I reached out to BS. I was compensated more than fairly (i.e they adjusted the pay).
They want a pic because it is sent to their clients and signers. I would feel more comfortable knowing who I had an appt with. I now complete 5 to 10 a week. They are easy to work with responsive and my emails are answered in minutes (2 to 5).
They are very professional. They are one of my 4 favorite SS.
