So I’m trying to get my online notary commission through the TX Secretary of State Website. There’s a TX SOS Statement of Officer that needs to be completed with my x.509. I have the X.509 from the company I’ll be working with but for the life of me I can’t figure out how to attach my x.509 certificate to the Statement of Officer. I tried calling the notary division of the TX SOS but just like most other departments I can’t get through by phone and thus far they aren’t answering e-mails. Does anyone have recent experience with this? I could really use some guidance.
You should direct questions about the digital certificate to the provider of the certificate. They should have a support department or FAQ that can answer any questions you have.
I just saw this as I am new to this forum. I purchased my digital certificate from Indentrust https://www.identrust.com/support/documents. I used that on Notarize platform. I also started with Docuverify and I have one with them also.
I’d start with Indentrust and go from there.
