Whatever the traffic will bear. This takes–what–10 minutes. What’s your time worth to you? That’s what you charge.

I would charge $35-$50 depending on various factorsand I would limit these to within my own county - one thing is make sure you’re allowed to do these. CA strictly prohibits notaries from doing these - have to be an immigration consultant to do them (not sure what state the OP is in).
