Only 1 person does something about opposing RON? C'mon people, how do you expect to earn money given these costs?
This is one platform's cost, I suppose others are similar:
Annual Fee- $250; $10-1st notarization + $5 each additional, which includes 90 days cloud storage (note that the law requires much longer, so who do you suppose pays for this?); notary's digital signature-10 free/mo., $5@ thereafter--honestly, I don't even know what this means--particularly with a loan pkg.--do you?
I also assume that hiring parties will want to pay less for RON because, well, you're not traveling or printing--so the fees paid for that can be eliminated, right?
