I have sent my invoices and talked to Mr. Lejeune and he stated that he was going to send payments but haven’t received anything to date. Will I have to send him to collection? I haven’t experienced anyone not paying me and wasn’t sure what the best method to collect payment on signings would be. Anyone have some experience with not being paid?
We all have… Stay on his case, call Title (not that they’ll pay you, but they most likely will have a little talk with him). When (not if…WHEN) he pays you, you’ve learned your lesson and you will never work with him again.

Interesting enough, I’m dealing with the same thing from Ron Owner of Lejeune Notaries. I did a loan app for him in MAY ( 3 months ago ) and a closing for him in JUNE ( 2 months ago ) for the same borrower abs haven’t been paid. I’ve called, texted, emailed and spoken with him about payment. He said he’s working on a website and will be sending a echeck I’ll let you know in a week.
