Hi…I am getting a lot of requests for loan doc signings from individuals with yahoo or gmail email addresses. Sometimes they have business addresses but usually not. When I google their companies (if there is a company to google) very little can be found and they are usually in Florida. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Same here - VERY suspicious! I do NOT think they are legitimate…
it seems like they are just trolling.

Hello, I received the same email with a gmail address. I replied to the email asking what kind of signing instead they replied by sending me the signing documents. I replied back telling them to reassign. Did not open the file. Too suspicious.
