I would like to start marketing to local title companies. I have been racking my brain on how to approach the ones in my area. Whether I should email them, go to each one face to face or simply call them over the phone. I would appreciate any feedback on what route to take and tips on how to do so. Thanks in advance.
Local marketing is area-specific. In my small town, I’m looked at as competition. I imagine in a big cities this is not the case.

Im gonna do a mass mailing to all title companies within 50 miles.
Did you make up your own email or did you get an idea from somewhere else? I am still new to the notary world and is trying to come up with a good email template that I can use to market my business.

That is a great strategy. Can you help me with specifics? Who did you ask for at the title companies? What were some of your points. I have to appear stupid but I hate not asking even more!
