Completed a signing on 7/17/21. They promised payment in 60 days. I’ve been calling, texting and emailing for the past 3 days, no response. I opened up a BBB complaint today. Looks like a dead beat!
I completed a signing on 7/18/21, and haven’t gotten paid yet. I’ve called, left voice messages and sent emails. No response. You live and you learn. I personally will never work with them again.
They currently owe me 210$. Emailed them several times, called and nothing. They will scan and take advantage of notaries unfortunately. Stay away if they offer you work!!! (916) 970 - 7447
I finally got a reply from miles b signings. I had to email customer support for signingorder.com
Scott replied saying we pay 45-60 pay via deluxe e check. hopefully they stick to their word.
Just wanted to give an update. After i emailed customer support for signingsorder.com. They contacted miles b signing services. I did get paid for one job about 2 hours ago. waiting on another payment. Seems like that was the only way to get their attention.

Miles B Signing is on the naughty list. Don’t waste your time with this company even if you’re desperate for work. You will spend more time attempting to collect than the actual time you spent executing the closing. Many a notary has had their trials and tribulations getting paid from Miles B.
I tried several times to connect, no response. Called escrow and the lender (I had kept a copy of the closing statement), signingorder.com and filed a complaint, did the same with BBB, then posted on multiple notary forums my experience with Miles B Siginings. A couple days later I received an echeck, never got any response from Miles B Signings. Be a squeaky wheel and it looks like you can get paid. Get me once, shame on you. You won’t get a chance to get me twice!

Yes, I got paid. But I stopped taking orders from signing services almost 2 years go. I also don’t take orders from companies that require invoicing in order to get paid. I don’t have time that. I feel bad seeing all these notaries working hard and also have to chase their payments. No thank you.
The check cleared! Miles B Signings is not worth the effort and frustration to get paid. My advice, stay clear. I never did get any response from multiple emails, text messages and voice messages. My guess is that the call to the escrow company, lender and signingorder.com got his attention.
