Are they still charging the fee? I just saw a notification from them but no mention of a fee.

Did a job in January 2021, they sent the check minus the $29 fee in mid-March.
I just messaged them to Opt-out, but havenât heard back yet.
Not disclosing the âMembership Feeâ upfront when they offer you the job is shady.
They canât force you to pay the fee.
It wouldnât hold up in any court as part of the agreement as any contract requires all 3 of the following: Offer, Acceptance, and consideration.
Essentially, the offer didnât include the terms of the âfeeâ therefore they canât hold the fee against you.
If the consideration was minus the âmembershipâ wasnât disclosed prior to acceptance, again unenforceable.
They claim itâs in the terms, but you donât see those until after accepting, therefore unenforceable.
