Notaries Will Travel

I just want to give all of you Notaries out there a heads up. I did a job for Notaries Will Travel out of San Antonio Owner. Jessie Caldron number 210 260 1173. I did a signing for her in June and she finally decided to pay me. Well the check came back, you guessed it NOT SUFFICIENT FUNDS. I also noticed that the number on the website is a non-working number. Looks like she shut down. 175 bucks gone!

I believe she is also a notary, go to the state website and find her contact info.

Hi Voloshin, Do you know if there is a way to report this, or anyway to get your money from these type of companies? This is not the first time this has happened to me. This is why I work for title companies and not this 3rd party stuff.

Jessie is really not a bad person, just call her. She is also on Facebook in the notary groups. Before reporting someone make sure it is intentional.

I am 62 days past due from Jessie.

I will have to send her to collections.

I have email responses logged and have copied the title person on all the emails.

I do need to make a reply to this post. This was bank error and this notary was paid. Everything has been cleared.

Your payment is being processed today. Also this notary failed to complete the closing as required. I always make sure that if there is a issue with a closing that I have accepted to complete (as misunderstandings can occur…we are all human) I FIX it and not expect full payment if I refuse to FIX it! NotaryNow I have responded to your email and asked if you would like to be paid by PayPal (no expense to you) or by direct deposit…no reply has been made by you,

Your statement is false Jessie and I have emails, UPS receipt, tracking number, and screenshots to prove.

You just now paid via PayPal today 62 DAYS AFTER THE ORDER because I posted here.

I have emails from title to prove them admitting it was your mistake.

Just another example of you not acting professional Jessie.

I wish you well and I am glad that this situation is here for all to see.

I thank you so much for this collection agency. I did talk with her and she short paid me on one signing and put through Paypal and made me pay their fees. She told me I did not fax back the documents. I hear this 3 months later??? I have an email where she said all was good and to send my W9 which I had already done. Now she says the other payment will come by check and that it has been submitted. Heard that before. She is one crazy person and very very unprofessional.
I am going to drop off this site probably because it doesn’t bring in any business for me. sburke.notary@comcast.net

Jesse, you still owe me from my assignment with you over 75 days passed due. I’ve tried calling, emailing and you are not responding or avoiding me. It’s just so disappointing that it’s a fellow whose doing this. You’d expect this from title, not a notary. Jesse call me.,

Meant to say a fellow notary that is avoiding paying on a job complete.

I have had issues for the past several weeks and didn’t mean to make it seem I was avoiding you. I had already processed your payment yesterday. Just didn’t have the opportunity to let you know that it was processed. I will email you the payment receipt shortly. My deepest apologies.

In addition to my last email with you I had explained the unforeseen circumstances and needed to tend to my 83 year old mother being in the hospital for almost 3 weeks. I did answer your email to advise you of the situation and did not ignore you.

As mentioned before I understand what you are going through with your Mom. I am going through the same with my 89 yr old aunt, running back and forth from hospital and hospice, not easy. I just want to know when are you sending payment? As I asked you before, please let me know what date should I expect payment.

To NWTscheduling:

Sorry to sound heartless, but when my mom was hospitalized twice and died in the summer of 2014, I set up shop in her hospital room with my Verizon Wi-Fi and a laptop, and my cell phone, and I worked the entire time. During critical time, I had someone cover for me. People who work for you have to pay bills.

What if Google went offline? Or your power went off because the CEO lost his mom?

When you run a business, you have to have fail-safe measures in place for emergencies.

I am so very sorry you had to deal with your mom’s illness. That is quintessentially the biggest chasm life will throw at you.

I don’t want to see you fail - I think it’s great there are women running small businesses. However, in your business plan, you need to account for emergencies. I ran my business from a hospital room three times - twice with my mom, and once when I went in for surgery. This is the type of setback in your business that can really hurt your reputation. Just remember: “Once burned, twice shy.”

Just my 2 cents.

Sorry about your mom.

Wow I googled NWT just to find out business with this company is bad news. I completed a signing 73 days ago for Jessie and she has promised for 3 weeks to deposit my funds. Definitely would like to know when I will receive my payment in full. Thanks for the collection company info and the forum thread.

Darn it…I wish I had read all of your comments before I accepted the job with Jessie. I did a complete and accepted signing for Jessie on August 1st, 2017 and here it is 143 days later and still NO PAYMENT. I’ve emailed Jessie and have called her several times and although she’s nice enough, it’s always “the check is in the mail”. What’s my next step? I need the collection agency information please.
