Notary Expiration Trust Requires Renewal?

Say I have notarized legal trust made 10 years ago and the notary date stamp is now expired on the paperwork. Does this make the trust still valid, or does it need to be renewed with a new notary even if there are no amendments needed to be made to the trust, as Im sure the old notary is no longer at the same location. Im asking because it has not been 10 years yet, but pretty close. Also if a new notary is required, does the name have to be changed to convert all the assets, or can it stay the same, thanks.

It’s only necessary that the notary’s commission was valid at the time the notarial act was performed.
