RON - Remote Notarizations

I have been trying for the past 10 days to signup with SigniX. I have completed their contract, signed it and submitted my $250. That was all completed by March 27. I am still waiting for Customer Service to send me my welcome email with login credentials so I can get started.

I get they are extremely busy; but 5 days since I paid them and NOTHING??

Does ANYONE have experience with these folks?

Probably working with a skeleton crew considering what’s going on. (no personal experience with them here).
