I received a third request this morning —“I was actually searching for a notary agent Urgently for my up coming closing here in FL next week…Please get back to me if you will be available so that i can have the closing documents send to you in a secure email.” Thank you.
Spell and word use - punctuated questionable when this happens 3 times. I responded the first time and finally asked if this was legitimate.

Yep…many have reported same darn thing as well as similar on other forums. As an ol’ Real Estate broker, I can tell you that NO Buyer or Seller will ever be looking for a notary on their own to handle a closing. Nor will they ever have docs to send to you. We’re being targeted…to what end or purpose, I dunno, but DON’T click that link! . .
Yes about 2 weeks ago, Exact wording. I did not respond, assumed it spam, and I received no response either.
