U.S Dept. of State Birth Affidavit-Seal question

Hi everyone,

Has anyone had any experience with the DS-10 for passport applications? I was wondering how you have stamped a seal in such a small space. Is it ok to add a certificate instead so that the seal isn’t blocked in any way? I’m unsure how to proceed with this one. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Everything depends on your state. For example, in Vermont where I am commissioned, I must give the name of the affiant within my certificate, so I would have to add a loose certificate.
