What is "Recordables and escrow docs only"

Is this delivery to the city? The full snapdocs job reads: Recordables and escrow docs only (electronic portion has already been completed) - $50. Can someone confirm what this means? I’m pretty green. Thanks.

Recordables means the docs that are recorded at the courthouse, the Deed of Trust or Mortgage (depending on which state you’re in) plus any riders and any other Deeds (ex Quit Claim Deed).

Escrow docs means the docs fromjust the Settlement/Title company.

Sounds like all the other lender docs were done electronic.

Number of pages total could be 25 to 40 pages depending on company.
