I would like to hear what other notaries use on their phones, as they are our lifelines. We use Genius Scan to scan IDs or 1-3 page contracts. Creates a pdf for each picture. Also, use Zip-Codes to find the county when we pull up to a house. This software is usually actuate, but in some border areas may get the wrong county. Our newest tool is Everlance. This software tracks movement of the phone and allows easy tracking of mileage for business or personal. It works automatically, and can send me a spreadsheet each week or month. We have android phones, but shouldn’t make a different.
