Xome is an app-only tech product with no website and no live support

Xome doesn’t tell you anywhere in their sign-up information that they are an app-only company with no website for signing agents, and no live support. Like Uber or Lyft, they use Zendesk, which is a tech-only nightmare. Email, text or phone responses generate a support ticket which may or may not recieve a live response within the same fiscal quarter.

I average 4 orders for Xome per week and they pay promptly I do have access to live support, their app gives me an option to text, email or phone call to a live person. I love their app.

TI do a lot of work for them and they can be hard to reach with issues at the closing table but they have apologized for that in the past. That being said, their closings usually do not have issues and they pay well and very quickly.
