AB 1597 has officially passed both houses of the California Legislature and is now awaiting Governor Newsom’s signature.

This bill will help expand access to notarial services, support small businesses, and modernize California’s notary fee framework for the first time in nearly a decade.

Thank you to everyone who submitted one of the 1,950 support letters that helped get us here.
