Does anyone know why an Affidavit of Homestead Designation form and an Affidavit of Non-Homestead Designation form are included in a Seller’s package?
They want signers to pick the appropriate form?

The signers may have more than one property. One property they claim as a Homestead Tax exemption and the other, of course, they cannot claim as Homestead.
Homestead is their primary house (the one they live in, or going to live in)
Non-Homestead is the Investment & 2nd home properties.
