Hey everyone, this is the 2nd time Notable Notaries has emailed me to see if I would take pictures of interior and exterior of homes. Is this normal? I’ve never had anyone I know who is a notary asked to do this. Ironically the 2nd time it was for a home in Texas and I live in Wisconsin. Seems suspicious! ---

Get requests for this type of inspection on a m/l regular basis. Various companies. Like everything else, fee offered has decreased to where it’s just not profitable. Stopped doing these 7-8 years ago…and fee offered has _decreased_ since then. As to ‘wrong state’…it happens. ---
