I’ve been doing signings for awhile and have not seen this before “Asseveration” “I hereby validate that the facts and figures provided in the above mortgage tax information are true and correct, to the best of my knowledge.” Signer just has to date a write their nam3. Nothing that needs notarized-just curious if anyone have seen this.

I’ve never seen it before. Probably just a fancy lawyer making their documents.

Google says:
" as·sev·er·a·tion

  1. the solemn or emphatic declaration or statement of something.
“I fear that you offer only unsupported asseveration”

(CA) Oooohhh, I thought asseveration was another term for “hold my seat”.

Think about it - you’ll get soon

In Texas an Asseveration in known as the Texas A&M Campus. This Cougar had to turn this into an aggie joke.
