I’ve been doing signings for awhile and have not seen this before “Asseveration” “I hereby validate that the facts and figures provided in the above mortgage tax information are true and correct, to the best of my knowledge.” Signer just has to date a write their nam3. Nothing that needs notarized-just curious if anyone have seen this.
I’ve never seen it before. Probably just a fancy lawyer making their documents.
