Or, choose to ADD the non-paying business entities to your Contact List with a coded leading identifier before the company name; i.e., “BAD” “NO!” “NP” for non-payer, etc. When a call from their number comes in, easy to know whether to Accept or not. When caller identifies company name, if I’m not familiar with them, I access the Contact List on my iPhone. Look into Venbooks Accounting Software. https://getvenbooks.com/ This is the best accounting tool I have found. They autofill in most of my signings. If they are not signed with the service, I just forward the confirmation and it will populate in the program. Rarely do I have to type anything in.
