Hi I received my first offer from signing order .com and it was for $90 for a buyer purchase with immediate scan backs. It’s an out of state property. I have no idea how big the package is. Then the guy says I have to ask you some questions. We normally only use agents with 100 or more signings done. He’ll ask his mgr if they can sub my banking experience as a notary. I haven’t heard back but I’m thinking am I nuts. It’s taking place at a bank
