# Buyer's Affidavit & Agreement

I have a loan package that includes a Buyer’s Affidavit & Agreement. The end of the document has a place for the notary signature but does not indicate a place for the seal. Do I include my seal on this?

When in doubt, I always just apply my stamp, ESPECIALLY if I can’t reach someone to get my answer to my question right away. Apply your stamp and signature more times than none, will NOT hurt anything. That’s the way I was taught, anyway. I hope this helps you for your future signings!
