Can you still charge a fee for a canceled Signing with no documents? I already called the signer and confirmed the appointment. The signer was a Notary as well, so the signer was ready to get the show on the road. Then the docs never come through. The client had to cancel right at signing time. I had to apologize to the signer and I never received payment.
No docs = no print or trip fee. Just the way it happens sometimes. If this becomes a regular occurrence, kick 'em to the curb.
