Whoever is certifying that the trust is still in full force and effect and has not been revoked.
Check with your hiring party.
The borrowers have always signed the ones I have been assigned, because the packet is for the borrowers, unless the hiring company says otherwise. If not intended for them, then the company can issue a new one to the right person.
