I have two jobs that haven’t been paid that are both over 60 days. I have called, and left messages, and also sent emails, but have not gotten any response. Does anyone have advice on contacting them? In the past, they have always paid me per their schedule. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
A polite, but firm e-mail stating the history oif contacts and that if not paid by (state reasonable date), you will be contacting the Title Co. May or may not get you paid, but does let title know they’re workiing with weasels, which could impact SS.

They paid me for 1 of the 2 outstanding jobs, when the job was 81 days old. The 2nd job is now 85 days old, and I finally got paid today.
