I just got beat by another notary over $6! I think this is so funny. I mean seriously it was kind of a low ball offer anyway, but I think it’s funny that it has boiled down to the last dollar. Good Luck out there guys!

Yup, that is unfortunate! It’s all about business. I will not mention the name of the title company but it comes down to money not relationship, even if I am only 50 cents higher than the other notary, I will not get the order! Sad but true…

Unfortunately, the economy/industry demand dictates ones mission on running a business: Economy/demand good, lets do relationships. Economy/demand bad, time to “penny pinch”
