Had never heard of them. Found their 1-page website: CRF Closing Services | Mobile Notary, Tax Certification & Escrow Reconciliation Their contact info does not give an address; however, their phone number has a Texas area code (which doesn’t mean anything anymore).
What did they offer – scope of work and fees? Did you ask them about their pay schedule?
$100 for buyer/lender pkg no other details and $90 buyer / lender pkg no other details.
I completed several signings for CRF Closing Services through SnapDocs back in 2025. They went well and I received payment for all in less than 30 days. So far, I haven’t done any for them this year, but they were ok to work with.
