Deluxe Payment Exchange

Jeeze is all I can say about this company!!! I had an admitted “my error” on a check printing that I meant to send to PayPal - I did the live chat - NO HELP too bad so sad response. They then sent a survey and I gave them ALL poor service remarks!! I get a phone call about my survey and again too bad we cant help. I decided to call the signing company and they said of course we can fix it APOLOGIES - mind you I admit it was my error. As notaries, I guess we are trained to also make sure the customer is given a resolution or at least an alternative. Anyone have any recommendation’s for my other business’s that I can replace Deluxe with, I would be mortified for my clients to have Deluxe as a point of contact.
