# DEVICES, laptop and printers issues

Hello fellow NSAS!  
Lately I’ve been having some issues between my HP laptop, brother printers (yes, I have two) and my Adobe PDF that seem not to get along when it comes to print as PDF. I’ve reading all the post in reference to get the printers print in mixed sizes. Any idea if I can them to function?  
I’m about to go to Verizon and get a new device… what do you recommend to do all my notarial jobs, printing and RON (Pavaso), which I’m about to integrate in my services.  
Forgot to mention that I have a Kindle tablet… can I use it for notarial job?

Adobe did an auto update to their software which is causing problems with dual tray printers. Delete Adobe off of your computer and reinstall and install an older version of the free adobe.

thank you it works for me. But my [laptop](https://laptopswish.com/best-laptop-for-notary-signing-agents/) is hanging when connect with printer not everyday but sometimes
