Direct Client Business

What are some suggestions on winning back direct clients you worked with while starting out. I made a few errors that I have now learned from with more signing experience, and would like to rebuild a working relationship with them.

That’s a tough one since EOs have their pick of notaries. Can I ask how did you get connected with them in the first place? Like email or phone call? I would reach out with an email then follow up with a phone call about a week later and have an honest conversation with them.
