Hi! Would anyone who lives in an attorney state (like myself) like to share any tips or provide suggestions on how or who specifically to market to get direct business? I’ve tried a few title/escrow companies and the responses are they only uses attorneys or signing companies.

Following… I would like to know the same.
TN is not an attorney state, but I’ve put out some calls to title companies just to test the water and most of them tell me they have notaries on staff and normally are able to handle their volume without needing to bring in a mobile notary. ☹
