In case there are NSA’s out there who don’t track the industry and economy while operating their business, NOW is the time to prepare for the next “ride.” (IF/WHEN/HOW it comes). The economy and the housing market influence each other. And as we’ve all learned recently, even Global events factor in (foreign companies investing in US real estate). Take advantage of the current down time to learn from mistakes, experience and industry (and RON) to prepare. Every industry gets thrown a bone when it starts to starve (how or why is incidental, and another story)!
