Does anyone have 500k worth of E&O Insurance in California, if so who do you use and what is your yearly cost? I currently have 100k with the NNA, but that’s the highest they go. Thank you in advance for your input

From my understanding, 500k’s worth of E&O is a lot and that the E&O industry standard is 100k.

However, I’m still working to get my way up to 100k. I suppose that if you are working in an area with high-risk/high-cost properties, 500k could be worth it, so hopefully someone chimes in soon.

Yes, it is. I have received a few quotes. I have always carried 100k with no issues, but some lenders are requiring 500k if you want to complete their closing packages.
