Dear title companies and signing agents,  
Due to the Harvey storm FedEx express pickup is 4pm EVERYWHERE in Houston. Our traffic is continuously bumper to bumper in most areas of Houston also thanks to Harvey. So please continue to send us assignments because we need to work and have patience as we are adapting to our current issues.
