Hello there ! I was very nervous and I shipped the package with the sign here tabs 😩 I can’t believe I forgot to remove them !! I did check for complete signatures, initials, stamps and hopefully nothing else is wrong. Would I have any issues with the title company? ---

I doubt that it would be a huge problem. There are times that you can miss FedEx or UPS in the time it takes to de-flag docs. i think they might prefer to have docs with flags than to wait another day, but I’ve never asked. So far I’ve opted to remove flags when time is running out but (so far) have still gotten the package on the truck. ---

I know what you mean. I always remove them as I’m double checking documents and flipping through pages at the signing table. I use a plastic sheet I have 8x11 to stick them on.
