Guaranteed Rate?

I’ve been trying to figure out what title company Guaranteed Rate uses primarily. Also, are most of their closing done RON?

This is one of the only lenders I haven’t been able to add to my book of business

I did see that. Notarize is a RON platform and not a title company. I also wonder if their brokers typically use local title companies in their area instead of a national title company.

Thanks, knew that; however, thought you may want to reach out to the individual who posted the direct experience information on Guaranteed Rate to see if they’re solely utilizing RON services via Notarize or not . . .
