# How Do I Cancel My Pro Membership?

To cancel your Pro membership:

1. Login to your account at [**www.notarycafe.com**](http://www.notarycafe.com/)

2. Select “ **Account Settings** ” from the dropdown menu at the top of the screen

3. Click “ **Membership Payment** ” on the right side of the screen

4. Click the “ **Remove** ” button next to “ **Existing Auto Renew Plan** ” and “ **Current Card** ”

Once your current Pro membership expires, your profile automatically revert to a free, Basic membership. If you would like to deactivate your profile completely and remove it from our database of active notaries, please [contact us](https://notarycafe.com/contact-us).
